[Cross Platform] TES V: Skyrim special edition.

Coming out this Friday. Got this pre-ordered for the PS4 and even took the day off. Can't wait for it, but it's a shame the PS4 not getting the full mods. Seen a few videos and there were people claiming there wasn't much different. Those people must be blind.

Anyone else got this pre-ordered or getting this?

Got it pre-ordered as well and I'm off on Friday. Back of the net.

Can't wait to play it. One of my favourite games and I'm buzzing to get stuck right into it again.

 

Pre-ordered for Xbox One. First time round I put about 100 hours into it and only done about 8 main missions. Got sidetracked too easy with all the dungeons and that.

 

I done close to 200 hours on the original. Probably my favourite game of all time.

I don't think I could do another play through although I might get it just because it's just a fantastic game.

Is there anything new about it other than how it looks? I take it all the DLC from the original are included in the game too?

 

Yes. Other new things are the possibilty to use mods although the ps4 version doesn't get the full use of mods what the developers wanted because Sony are being * about it.

 

I'm the same, too busy with the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild etc.

 

I had upgraded my sneak skill tree too so was probably taking twice as long to do everything lol.

 

Just bought Legendary Edition on PC for £7.40 so that I'll get this for free when it comes out.

 

Pre ordered it months ago as well as FF15. FF15 release was supposed to be about 4 weeks ago but got delayed and it's now out the day after skyrim is released. Will most likely have to leave playing skyrim for a couple of weeks as I plough through FF15

 

Any you nerds order it from Amazon? Mine got dispatched today so might have it by tomorrow (pretty useless cause i need to finish Batman first!)

 

Got mine from base.com, it was a few quid cheaper than everywhere else. Hope they get it here on Friday.

What Batman game are you playing, the Telltale Series or one of the Arkham games?

 

Never heard of base, will need to check it out.

Return to Arkham mate... not the best remaster but they're great games.

 

100% on the 360, can't do it again but it is tempting, ESO is quality also, you should check it out.

 

Was hoping it would be in post tomorrow but not fussed now as downloading free download of Resident Evil,one of my fave ever games,not played it in years.

 

Should be here today, can't wait to start it all over again.

i thought i was going to have to put this on the shelf for a few weeks because of FF15 coming out a few days later however thats not actually out until the end of november!

i forgot how much i love this game. just popping up to see the greybeards now, trying to pace the story out a bit and pick up as much of the sidequest first.

also hit level 10 so can crack on with dawnguard anytime i want. i went vampire last time, not sure whether to do the same again or go werewolf

 

Love this game.

 

Got started with quite a few mods very early in the game (it was the main thing why i bought this version, so glad they were allowed to put them into the ps4 version). 2 big chests full of big * weapons, excellent armour and a shitload of materials. I like it.
Only thing bothering me are my psycho suicidal horses who got themselves killed 4 times in a short while now by attacking every threat in sight. Can't remember them doing that on the 360 version, but I might be wrong. (Try to park them a few 100 meters away from enemies when I spot them)

 

Already spent too many hours on this since release, but I'm loving it. Think I'm enjoying it more this time around, which is saying something.

Think I'll download a few moods soon, but don't want anything that will make my character more OP or make me rich etc. Just want some aesthetic mods.
