My favourites are probably the Chinese teas, honestly. Baihao Yinzhen Tea or Oolong Tea are good varieties, although there are others. It is best to avoid the mass-produced brands that you find in the mainstream grocery chains and head over to the Asian market to get the assistance of the employees there. The Chinese teas produced for British consumption can be compared to British teas produced for American consumption - similar, but not the real thing. Its almost like the way that Americans tend to drink Jameson, while in Ireland everyone drinks Powers or Paddy. However, a good Chinese tea really is unbeatable. Great tasting, refreshing, relaxing, and mind-clearing. Skip the sugar and the milk, you won't be needing it.

A good Irish tea like Lyons tastes terrible without it.

Coffee was always murder on my stomach, no matter how it was made.

About the only thing I can do is those frozen coffees. But thats not even real coffee, its more like like a * kids slushy thing.

Same, tried it once years ago and * hated it. Same with coffee, can't even be in the same room as someone drinking it because of the smell :99:

You could try some of Twinning's infusions, Markybhoy. Twinning's Strawberry & Mango is lovely. Quite sweet but not in a sugary way.

Green tea, to me, tastes like a more delicate version of black and white tea. That's probably due to green tea having less caffeine in it. But it's higher in antioxidants and I've read loads of articles saying that it can help weight loss.

I'm tea daft, have several cups per day, which is weird considering I hated tea until I was 22. Had my first cup of green tea in a Pizza Hut in Newcastle, thought it was ok then grew to like it from there.

Turkish apple tea is lovely if you can find a speciality tea shop that does it.

Chai spiced latte is nice if you want a wee bit of spice to your tea.

Twinning's salted caramel tea is brilliant, amazing aroma to it and a great taste.

Tried to get in to green tea but nah not my thing.

A regular tea bag with splash of milk and 4 sweetners is how I roll.
