Bought a proper Gourd, Bombilla and a kilo of yerba. It’s taken me a while to work out how to brew it properly, from not putting boiling water in to giving it a proper shake first to get rid of all the powder to not stirring the bombilla and clogging it up.

It’s a bit of a slog and the taste isn’t as good as a normal green tea, especially with honey, but I like it’s effects; makes me more focussed, definitely suppresses hunger and a weird side effect has been my sleep has been properly deep this week.

You called me a tadger, pal. For drinking tea.

Which stings like a * coming from a guy that makes his own tomato sauce rather than buying a bottle of Heinz like every * else.

    Is Yerba hip?

It’ll be the first hip thing I’ve ever done. Apart from owning a beard.
