Yeah, it can do that, horrible feeling a panic attack.

Last time I took one it was due to having too much nicotine, I vape and had got the wrong strength, was playing Mafia on here, that gets me anxious as it is :52: then the extra nicotine sealed it :56:

See to be honest, if you can stay away from caffeine you'll feel healthier.:50:

I can't give up tea, but I think I am immune to the caffeine in that! Once or twice a week I'll have a coffee now and that's it.

Tea is lower in caffeine so your body will have built up a tolerance.

I can't give up coffee but do switch to decaffeinated at teatime

I had a decaffeinated the other week actually and it wasn't bad at all.

Having some Taro bubble milk tea. Would drink it every day if I found a brand you could make at home.

There’s loads of different types, including fruit teas and earl grey. Can get it warm or with ice too.

The taro stuff has a mild sweetness to it and it’s quite creamy and smooth tasting. One of those things that has its own taste. The pearls inside are chewy like a wine gum.

There’s a place that does bubble tea, just as soon as you go into Buchanan Galleries. You know the entrance next to the Donald Dewar statue, where you’re walking up a wee ramp? It’s on the right as you go up there.
