    I personally don't know why we give English clubs our time in pre season. A constant barrage of abuse about our league, club and country.

    And the North East clubs are the worst for it.

    I remember when we played Celtic at parkhead and they where singing gstq and one of them tapped me and says we are all singing and you say there with your hand in your head I went im Scottish pal I don't sing anything to do with the queen but cause I was a Sunderland fan he shook my hand lol

    Aw Pish. Absalotley nothing in this game for me. Sunderland are boring. Hate these middle of the road English teams. Stoke are the worst!!! absalotley boring. Newcastle would have been a better shout.

    We should be arranging a north Europe friendly tournament. Some preparation for Europe.

    I find it absolutely fascinating and bizarre that they feel the need to constantly draw comparisons between the EPL and the SPL... I have never once heard anyone Scottish or with an interest in the SPL say it's better than the EPL and yet the English love confirming the EPL is better...

    No * Sherlock! A country with 65m and whose capital has a bigger population than the whole of Scotland - and with a ridiculous TV deal in place - has a better top flight division than the SPL!

    They honestly are obsessed.

    It's genuinely like us sitting slagging off the Welsh league 24/7. Worse even. It's a ridiculous comparison. Its a need to feel superior.

    It is a nothing game but calling another club "nothing" is as bad as what the English do about the SPL.

    All clubs mean something important to their fans. Not every club can have our attendances or our history. Every fan has pride in their club however.

    Every club is something special to those who follow it from Real Madrid to Celtic to Manchester United to Edinburgh City to Sutton United...

    Some may have bigger attendances or more successes to boast about but every football club in the World means something to its supporters.
