    I'd take him back, his running from midfield created loads of goals. Also a good hunskelper, scored 4 or 5 goals against them in his career and the type of running we need to overpower them in midfield.

    I'm up for it. Made it clear he wanted to try England but also signed a year deal so we could make some money back. So hes a good guy, with good hair, and a scoring machine from midfield.

    Exactly ! If out of favour at Southampton he'd still make more £ in other lower EPL teams or top 6 EFL championship teams and Armstrong is a hound for a pound

    The EPL and championship window's are closed..

    Unless he get's a move abroad then it does seem a pretty obvious option as long as we've got European football..

    According to a report from The Sun on Sunday (18/8; page 61), Stuart Armstrong could look to leave Southampton on loan before the transfer window closes elsewhere in Europe after struggling for game-time for Ralph Hasenhuttl's side.
