If we do get Scepovic in I feel we still need another striker as well as offloading some deadwood.

Just still looks a bit light for decent striker options for Europe.

Do you think we could see some movement after tomorrow night?

The revolving door might have a few more swings in it left?!

I wouldn't say the door has actually revolved much this past month . Actually it seems they have used the side door .

Yes. Balde looks to be on his way and I don't think Pukki is good enough.

Don't see another striker at all, a few will leave but Stokes will certainly stay and so will either Griffiths or Pukki.

Anyone know where the Sceptovic thread has gone? To be honest I would be happy just getting this over the line..

We'd be unlikely to make any inroads in the CL in any case.. With a manager untried at CL level and a transitional squad it could be hard or even harder than usual..

Need to get rid before we can recruit!! We need to be patient one striker at a time!!:shamrock:

I just think one striker in is a gamble when our fall backs are Stokes and Griffiths... I really could see another striker coming in if Pukki and Balde leave

But we'll have spent at least 3 mill on one striker..

3M spending with income of 11.5M in player sales is still not acceptable with CL group stage income or not.

If we do qualify tomorrow evening i hope to see at least one more player through the doors, with 2 leaving be that loans or selling them.

I agree with that, we should be and should have had targets in before these games..

I just pointing out that we have spent/are spending some now and if we get through i'm pretty sure we will spend more..
We do seem to do everything the hard way and the tight way..

Yeah. We could be doing with a striker with real pace that could cause trouble in Europe.

I agree. Our strikeforce just isn't lethal enough.

Scepovic will be our number one (he better be). After that, who knows?

It seems like we're going to be winger-focused. Play with one man up front and then get quick, tricky players with top delivery to put the ball in there where we have attacking midfielders coming into mop up.

Doubt there's room for two out-and-out strikers on the pitch, hence Griffiths playing right-wing.

We need someone else with real pace, like that Abdul Waris we were linked with.

Apparently you're trying to * Łukasz Teodorczyk from Lech Poznan. He was supposed to sign a contract with Dinamo Kiev, but a sudden offer came from your club.

Good luck with him, he sucks big time.

He easily finds himself with the ball in a scoring opportunity, but usually misses them.

If you manage to get him, don't let yourself get fooled by tales of 'next Lewandowski'. Not in a million years.

Looks decent in youtube compilations though :56:

    ^Where'd you hear that?

And to answer the OP's question I think we do. If Scepovic turns out * or gets injured we are * again

Twitted by reliable Polish journalists + appeared on Przeglad Sportowy (main sports newspaper).

I would not expect a typical BS-rumour from them, so I suppose that it is now up to Teodorczyk, whether he wants Scotland or Ukraine.

Well, since he was transferring to Ukraine with a smile on his face, it might be more up to who pays him more money in the contract.
