What would you's have as your team/squad of the diddy teams?

    Lewis
    Logan Ambrose Berra Wallace
    Shinnie
    McGeouch McGinn
    Christie
    Moult Stokes
Difficult choice out of keeper, centre-backs and left-back. Lewis, Carson and Foderingham are all quite average. Same at centre-back most guys are crap, not seen much of Arnason from Aberdeen yet who might be decent but others like Berra, Alves, O'Dea who are some of their teams best players all look done and one paced. Left-back theres really only 2 guys Considine and Wallace, both pish.

What about Scott Bain for GK?

Not counting Christie as he is still our player. Prefer Stokes as a withdrawn 10, think he's a lot more dangerous floating about.

    Decent team that.

Forgot about that Djoum, has done ok against us before. Shinnie would be the best left-back but didnt want to pick him since he never really plays there now.

16 caps for Cameroon, pretty decent player IMO. Would be a difficult 3 to play against.

McGeouch's form for me is a flash in the pan, but would like to see him fulfil that potential. Only reason I have Shinnie there is, as you say, there ain't much choice and he played there for pretty much the entirety of his ICT career. More than comfortable.

    Logan Ambrose Berra Shinnie
    Bartley
    McGeouch McGinn
    O'Halloran Moult Stokes
Shinnie is the best defensive midfielder, but also the best left back (by a distance). So I went for Bartley at CDM. He's a bit of a brick wall.

McGeouch and McGinn are comfortably better than McLean, who is probably the 3rd or 4th best central midfielder.

O'Halloran was pish at the huns but he's always done a job at St Johnstone. Great form this season as well. Moult is fairly obvious, and Stokes is more of a supporting striker and he's played on the left many a time.

Surprised at how many are picking McGeouch.

Still hasn't scored for Hibs since signing permanently 2 year ago, just realised. In good form atm, admittedly.

Part of it, for me, is due to a lack of other options.

McLean and Shinnie are the only other central midfielders that stand out. McLean has been rotten for months, I have Shinnie at left back.

Best midfielder in this league outwith our squad is Ryan Christie by a mile.

    Yeah, can understand it.

Just not my type of CM. Was shocked at his scoring record, it's abysmal for an attack minded player.

Yeah that's pretty poor. He reminds me of Callum McGregor, without the goals as you say.

Very neat and tidy on the ball, and can pick a pass. Looked quite strong as well tonight.

Yes he has. He scored in the Scottish cup semi-final last season.

Hasn't scored a league goal in 3 year.
