Looking for recommendations on any over the counter sleeping tablets. I’ve slept fine most of my life but been struggling to nod off early, recently. So I’m going to give these a try. Any suggestions?

Went to the Spar once to try and buy Nytol and the * talked me into buying a popper called Liquid Gold. Was * awful and ended up giving me a migrane so bad I spilt the rest of it and it burned a hole in the carpet.

Better off just having a few cans of Super Tennants a couple of hours before bed imo.

That's a good idea actually. Whenever I read one of my books for uni on Linux or Java I fall right asleep.

For some reason I didn't expect you to be making this thread, thought you'd be commenting it to suggest some sort of meditation, exercise before bed, herbal tea or being bored to sleep by some Japanese indy film :giggle1:

I sleep alright, but I don't think I'd like to resort to some man made artificial component, wouldn't like the thought of potentially becoming dependant on it to get a good nights sleep.

Xanax is highly highly addictive and causes memory loss and withdrawals when you try to get off them. Also, while the sleep may have left you feeling fresh, it wouldn't have been a real 'sleep'. Your brain didn't go through the needed stages of sleep.

    Don't fill your suitcase

Don’t puff weed either, I’ve got mates that now can’t sleep without it.
