    Looking at ILTC's post in the interim report thread, and if these figures are accurate, the affect Naka had on our merch sales was outstanding!
    Sounds like a mental amount for me, but I suppose Naka was Japans first real poster boy. Imagine it has died down significantly now, but you can see in our merch sales the difference having him on board made.

    Or maybe all those letters in JVOH really did coin it in.. :fear:

    Nakamura has left his club Yokahama Marinos and joined Jubilo Iwata.
    He was offered £800,000 a year to stay at Ypkohama Marinos but took a lesser amount of £575000 a year to join Iwata.
    His reason.
    Interference in Marinos line up by the business who owns the club.
    Due to him leaving Marinos have seen their merchandising revenue drop by a third.

    Would be great to see him back in the Hoops for a charity game or something. I imagine he's the kind of guy who will always be in shape and his ability to entertain, well that speaks for itself.
