    The outline of this format is as follows :

    - There will be no order of picking.

    - Before every round the mod will post a new criteria, and every manager has to PM him their pick that meets the criteria. More on that in the following points.

    - Every manager will be allowed three picks (attempts) in every round to pick a player in every round. If you manage to sign a player successfully in the first pick (attempt), you will not participate in the next two attempts for that round, obviously.

    - At the end of every picking round the mod will announce which managers successfully signed their players, but he will NOT announce the name of the players, so that the managers who failed in that attempt would have to make their second/third attempt without the knowledge of which players were picked in the same round earlier.

    - How does a manager get his pick? You get your pick if and only if you were the only one who chose that player. There are three ways in which your pick will be blocked :

    1. In the same round and same attempt there were other managers who chose the same player.
    2. The player you chose was already successfully signed by someone in the same round in the previous attempt.
    3. Your pick doesn't match the criteria.

    Before we go further, here's a simple example.

    Cat. 1 Pick a player that played for Celtic
    round 1.

    Player 1 picks Dalglish
    Player 2 picks Mowbray
    Player 3 picks Juninho
    Player 4 picks Dalglish
    Player 5 picks Mowbray

    ----------------------------

    This would be reported as.
    Player 1 (FAIL) Dalglish
    Player 2 (FAIL) Mowbray
    Player 3 (SUCCESS)
    Player 4 (FAIL Dalglish
    Player 5 (FAIL) Mowbray

    BANNED LIST : Dalglish, Mowbray (These are banned for all future rounds)
    ------------------------------------
    So player 3 now sits out the 2 follow up rounds as he has his player.
    round 2
    Player 1 picks Gordon
    Player 2 picks Larsson
    Player 4 picks Larsson
    Player 5 picks Hooper

    ------------------------------
    Player 1 (SUCCESS)
    Player 2 (FAIL) Larsson
    Player 4 (FAIL) Larsson
    Player 5 (SUCCESS)

    BANNED LIST : Dalglish, Mowbray ,Larrsson (These are banned for all future rounds)

    round 3
    Player 2 picks Juninho
    Player 4 picks Di Canio

    -----------
    Player 2 (FAIL)
    Player 4 (SUCCESS)

    So player 4 then gets a sheep, the 1st player on a randomised list will give player 4 a player that matches the category but is obviously horrendous.

    e.g. Regi Blinker

    So going into round 2 we would have.

    Player 1 : Gordon
    Player 2 : Regi Blinker
    Player 3 : Juninho
    Player 4 : Di Canio
    Player 5 :Hooper

    BANNED LIST : Dalglish, Mowbray ,Larrsson

    SHEEPING RULES

    You can not give 2 keepers, over 5 defenders, 5 midfielders or 4 forwards..in other words you can screw their team up but not make it unusable.

    When I have ran one of these for the 1st time it seems tricky but it genuinely isn't.
