Hopefully, we’ll see Buffon and Iniesta get a start.

That scum is the last team in the country that needed a payday off us. Nevermind another one.

Was at it with my brother and Granda, nice run out but hardly a challenge from them. Would try out a lot of youngsters/fringe players

    Edl loving? Hun *? :):)

Where does that come from? I go to the odd game, 1 this year and a couple last year. My bro is a season ticket holder and brings my dad when he's up to it, getting less often with his age tho.
I know they've allegedly had links to London 'firms' and to be perfectly honest there's an element of them that style themselves on the British hooligan but edl loving?

I do know from my bro who's been all over Europe that once in Sweden for a tie against Djurgarden, possibly played in Stockholm I think, anyway rovers lads having beers in a local bar the night before the game and a load of Djurgarden fans come marching down the street carrying an orange order banner!! Rovers lads didn't exactly go out and hug their hun brethren, by his account they more than held their own against the scumbags. My bro said he rarely drinks with the 'rougher' element but was glad he was beering with them that night.

Anyway, disappointed to be missing it but I know a cracking little Celtic bar where I'm going that shows every match so I should see it.

'allegedly' C'mon off it. They are a Rent a mob!!
Ask yer bro. Why is it every fan of every other team in Ireland hates them when they come to their doorsteps. Simples.

Yeah, the term held their own sounds a bit silly for someone my age to be using in hindsight. The main point I guess was that regardless of what they are or how they're viewed, abroad they're still Irish lads who the Swedes riled up with an orange order banner.

The only game I've been to this season was the league game in Tallaght they lost to Bohs 2-1. Sat in the main stand with my bro facing the Rovers fans in the East stand, they went wild when Bohs equalisied. Plenty of guards there stopped them getting on the pitch.

My brother doesn't make excuses for them, he knows what they are. He knows a good few but he's never been one to get involved with that side of the support, travels with his best mate or my dad to games. Hoping my old man doesn't pop up in any of those pics saluting with his walking stick.

Friday nite in Dalymount, a few of rovers Fanatics attacked a burger van worker, his crime, arms full, carrying buns from one bugar van to another...
Fair play though, Rovers held their own!!
