Andy M. Stewart who sadly passed away last week is one of my favourite Scottish folk singers. A very distinctive voice. Saw him play live with Manus Lunny in Shetland years ago. His voice was just as good live as it is on record.

I'm quite into the modern pipe-rock sound

    Celtica (current lineup)

    Multi-national pipe-rock band
The girl piper is from Inverkeithing

    Older variant of band:
    Celtica (original lineup)

This shouldn't work - Boly/Scots/Irish Fusion - but it does!
    Archy Jay - the SnakeCharmer

    Another good one from Archy

Set featuring Jane Espie (from first video), Archy Jay (the Boly one) and Chelsea Joy

The Sidh (this guy's actually Italian!)

Check out some of The Sidh's other YouTube videos - must be amazing to be at one of their live shows.
