The rat I can see coming in for him. Most likely we know this and have definitely taken that option.

Been a good servant for 3 years, supplied plenty of goals and assists. Not always been exciting the past 18months, but he has still delivered for us.

Hi all, long time lingerer, first time poster blah blah. I've been reading the blue mobs page. They're desperate for Kent to stay and will happily pay £7m for a guy that's scored 6 goals but we will happily get shot of a player who's scored 35 goals (in two bad seasons) for £2m? That's mad. I'd definitely keep him for another season. He's also got a good attitude. Right, I guess I need a profile pic lol.

No way Leicester would sign him.

I wouldn't use that as a basis for keeping Sinclair. We have far higher standards and expectations than they do!

Not good enough for what they want to be - 7th best in that league (*rolleyes*) - and going by what Sinky said after he first moved here - Not enjoying playing for Villa as a relegation battling side, always on the defence, that he knows he isn't good enough for the big 6 now - you'd think he wouldn't bother his * with the EPL now.

But Rodgers is a stubborn * and if there is ONE player he will always turn to, it is Sinclair. I wouldn't be surprised if there was noise of a free transfer as a backup at Leicester and this is to just make sure we get a fee.

That said, I'd be very happy with him staying here though.

I get what you’re saying, but his ego will have him spunking the money they have down there on some amount of absolute *.

True, just let's hope it is on the * down there and he doesn't come sniffing for anyone else.

I believe most of our players would have more integrity about them though to return to playing for him.

The one player I’m really worried he comes for is McGregor, people will say KT but he’s going nowhere anytime soon.

I had the pair of them typed out, along with Ajer.

For me it is Ajer that is the biggest worry. KT will be Celtic through and through and if he did leave it would be on his terms.
Mcgregor I believe he may sniff around, but would agree with your earlier thought of him wasting money on * from england.
Ajer is the one he can develop more, he pushed him to CB and can still get more out of him.

I don't think that BR will come in for any of our players any time soon.

His arrogance blinded him to what the fans reaction would be to him walking out on us, and I think he got a real shock when the penny finally dropped.

He'll be giving us a wide berth for a while.

We will need to wait and see whether the club have triggered the extension clause to get a fee for him or not.

If he stays on, I would like to see him being used as a striker. He’s lost a yard of pace and I think his days as a winger are done - this season he’s hardly went by a full back. However he does get in good goal scoring positions and more often than not takes his chances. He could potentially be a decent partner for Edouard if we are playing 2 up top although I do think we need to buy a new striker in the summer.

His finishing in general is usually pretty good. Another aspect of his play that is underrated is his ability to pick good passes in tight areas in and around the box and his movement in and around the box is good. He gets himself into a lot of good positions. Personally I am happy to see him still in the hoops next season if that turns out to be the case which seems likely now.

Not against this, losing him for nothing would be a bit dumb. Also let's see what the summer brings, I mean we are short of quality players and quite well off financially at the moment, and he can be a quality player when his head is right.

Having said that, his head all too often isn't right and this is hardly a priority; so I'm not exactly doing a "Julie Andrews" in the Alps impression either.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, "meh".
