He seems like the only decent Penalty taker at the club.

This !! This is one if my most hated things in our style nobody ever runs off a man to the front post where 90% of our crosses go i mean i was taught in teenage years if a cross comes in one goes front post one goes back post its standard but the amount that go in and amount to nothing we dont do enough movement in the box in relation to balls across the box ed stands on the penalty spot and sinclair runs in behind the men at the back to.the point his angle is off

Exactly it used to be tallest striker around the centre of box smaller one front post opposite winger far post and any Midfielder who enters the box taking up any spaces available. Sinclair and Forrest both come in towards the far post no one front post and Edouard is usually in the wrong place.

Brilliant penalty. Pish at almost everything else. Play seemed to be continually breaking down with him.

That Depeche Mode when we score!!

What he needs is a massive performance in a big game, perhaps we could see him hit the heights away to Aberdeen and the Huns, putting on a show in both? He may just do that good pal:50:

I love Scotty and i wish he could get back to his best on a consistent basis. In his first season he actually terrorised defences in ways i hadn't seen a player do in a long time.

We've been waiting on this big performance for a year now though. I can't see him ever reaching his form of 2016/17. He's an expensive outlay that we're not getting value on and I think it's best for all parties if we look to move him on now.

I’d get rid in January or summer tbh. Not the player he was 2 year ago, and we keep waiting for him to get back to it but just doesn’t seem like it’s gonna happen. Play constantly breaks down on his side.

Mikey Johnston looks far sharper l

All a fu back has to do is just get tight when Scotty recieves the ball. It almost always results in him going backwards

So frustrating when you see those occasional flashes of what he was. Gets you thinking, "Yes, the Sinclair of old is back," then he reverts to this stop-start, backtracking, backwards-passing nonsense.

For me SS just looks incredibly fragile with regard his confidence.

When he first joined us everything he tried came off or went in, and he deservedly won all his awards.

Perhaps the birth of his second kid, knocked him off his stride a little.
But I'm surprised such an experienced player, who has been around top sides all his career, has struggled to overcome this issue and maintain a consistent standard of performance.

Think the last 2 games of 2018 will decide his fate.

I wonder how much distance he covers in a match by doing his ridiculously ineffective stutter steps before doing absolutely nothing with the ball and recycling it back to a defender.
