I think Lawell should be sacked. He is responsible for not recognising the obvious Barnes type philosphy. You could see this coming a mile off. His entire football philosphy is childish fantasy.

We need a hard headed manager who can make a good team out of inexpensive players. Its been all demolition and no building this season. It will be like starting from scratch next season. There is very little to build on.
