anybody got the steam box or steam machine.its like a console pc were you can acces all the steam games?

 

Haha sounds good but I can't see many people wanting to pay to play on a server when there are already so many free ones. Make it a free server and sell C4 for a fiver a pop and I think you'd be onto a winner though.

Yeah it wil be free to play on it, althrough there will be a donations link so people have the choice to donate if they want to help out!

After reading this thread i decided to jump back onto Rust for the first time since the latest update. Jumped onto a server for a few hours on Monday night, built myself a * little round house. Always build it at least two stories high so people cant boost onto the roof. I go bear hunting for 10mins and when I get back there's a set of stairs on the side of my house and two * nekkeds poking at the roof with spears. Thanks to my magnificent sword skills I managed to kill both of them but since when could you build on peoples houses with zero TC privilege?

 

They released an update last week, it pure *!

 

Worst part for me was when I ran up to stab one of those wee pig hings n it turned around n bit ma head off.

Shat masel.

 

Was running through a grassy area and when I took a bit of damage. Thought I'd walked into a cactus but no, t'was a * chicken biting my ankles

 

Dae chickens actually attack you?

 

Anyone know if this game is * working yet?

 

I have it but it can be jumpy on my PC at times. I need a RAM upgrade though as I've only got 8GB at the moment. Going to expand to 16 anyway and see how it runs.

 

Jumped on this last night for a half hour or so. Stupid twig raiding is still a thing.

I still think it would be worthwhile getting a TC clan/group on the go on this though.

 

Been playing a wee bit recently. Cave bases seem the best option to avoid getting raided nowadays. If you make one near a road with lots of trash piles and/or a radtown then you're off to a great start.

 

I'm still up for playing this btw but only with a team....so gees a shout! bank hol weekend so if anyone's on let's * do it!

 

Think most servers will be mid wipe cycle so they might be mostly quite dead or the folk on them will be highly geared up.

Should still be a good laugh though, if a few people are playing it's easy to get a decent base and some guns together as well.

I need to get an SSD though as when I try to load into a server for the first time it takes * ages.

 

*. I recently wiped ma PC and used my HDD instead of my SSD cause the storage space is *. PC is a lot slower tbh....probs will need to buy a better SSD

 

I think it is just slow loading in now to be honest, when I went on the other day for the first time in ages it took forever and I've got a hybrid which is usually pretty decent.
