Celtic have entered the race to land West Bromwich Albion contract rebel Rekeem Harper. Neil Lennon travelled south to watch the 19-year-old midfielder make a late substitute appearance in the English Championship semi-final defeat to Aston Villa. And Sportsmail has learned that Harper and his representatives were in Glasgow to watch Sunday's win over Hearts and the presentation of the SPFL trophy after a VIP tour of the club. Tracked by Celtic's head of recruitment Lee Congerton before his recent departure for Leicester City the former England under-19 international is out of contract this summer. Both Tottenham and Norwich City are interested while West Brom confirmed on their official website that they have made a second and final contract offer to the youngster.
