Uefa will decide whether or not the Scottish champions are guilty of improper conduct at a hearing in Switzerland on April 12, with allegations of "discriminatory chants of Rangers supporters, specifically sectarian chants relating to catholics" included in a report by delegates relating to both legs of the last 16 tie.

I do feel it is unfair on Rangers as when you go to Celtic Park all I seem to hear from people around me is, 'Dirty Orange *'. Rangers aren't the only ones and just because we're Celtic supporters we can't put all the blame on them.

Celtic aren't the ones taking it to other countries and attacking team coaches as well

very true, but its never goin 2 change, i enjoy the banter, have many mates that support rangers, but i dont call them dirty orange b*stards. i dont join in when people sing that, but it will always happen, i dont think u can change how some people feel, for watever reason they do, an the chants from both sides will continue.

I do agree that there is a lot more sectarianism at Rangers but my point is it doesn't matter how much it's still going on.

I dont like how the fact that its RANGERS that are being investigated but people feel the need to bring Celtic into it. If you want to bring Celtic into it then you also need to bring Hearts into it as well as aload of European/English teams.

Alot more noticeable at Ibrox. It's by far a majority over a minority at Celtic Park. When you turn on the TV to see their games it normally takes about 5 minutes before you hear a chant of 'Up to our knee's in * blood' or '* the pope'. Plus, the whole attacking buses, starting riots abroad doesn't happen with Celtic. Glad some action's being taken against these manks.

    Fights in Vigo?
    Attacking referees?
    Raiding the pitch?
Throwing objects at players and referees?
    Vandalising players houses?

Granted not all abroad but it shouldn't matter if its abroad or not... Doesn't make it any less right where it happens.

Vandalising peoples houses? Prove that they were Celtic supporters.
Throwing objects at players referees? Happens everywhere
Pitch Invasions? Happen everywhere as well
Fights in Vigo? Wasn't their but brother was, hostile gestapo. Obviously this was the case as where else do you hear about it?
    Stuttgart? No
    Boavista? No
    Seville? No
Panning in oppostion bus windows? No
    Massive differances.

what has this got to do with celtic. rangers are the one in the dock because of their sectarian chants. nothing to do with us. i don't see/hear any secterianism at celtic park and neither do ueaf so untill they do leave us out of it!!!
if you know the history when celtic was founded they looked at edinburgh hibernian and their catholic only signing policy and decide not to do the same and make a club open to everyone no matter their race/religion

    Well said:50:
This has got nothing to do with Celtic. Rangers and Celtic are diffrent clubs, if Rangers are being investigated its Rangers being investigated not Celtic.

The difference between Celtic and Rangers is straight forward.

When Celtic travel in Europe we are in the 'low risk category' and our fans won the fair play award from Uefa in 2003.

When Rangers travel in Europe they are in the 'high risk category' and there police forces have to go to special training days to prepare for them!

The history and proud traditions of both clubs mean that it will always go on. It would be near impossible to erradicate it completely

thats how i feel 2, just didnt want 2 say it cause people say it happens both sides. but its rangers that r in the news not celtic for their bad behaviour! they seem (when u c a shot of the crowd) very intimidating, and when u c celtic support its happy, and cheering.. well thats wat i think. and we get on with the other fans, in europe etc, i remember reaing a story from a foreign fan saying how much they were looking forward 2 experiencing ibrox after playing celtic as they were welcomed and got on great with the fans... but after their game with rangers they were up set with how vicious the glasgow rangers fans were. they hadnt expected that after the other glasgow side (celtic) was so gd with them and friendly ... :celt_2: (but well.. we r after all the best fans in the world)

the reason its rangers geting investigated is that celtic werent in europe long enough. the bigotry is ott at ibrox parkhead and the two burgh teams its never going to end no matter how many bans imposed theres still a majority going to sing the songs

I believe there is mire than this than meets the eye ..Maybe Uefa has looked at the scenes at Villareal and decided to investigate further ..There are observers at every game and they can recommend anything .Funny we have never had such allegations against us in recent seasons
