The fact of the matter is only who was party to the conversation in that office knows what was said not everyone else declaring third hand what was said via Hibs sites and twitter, that’s why to me the whole thing is bullshit and to her credit irrespective of what those facts may be she speaks of him with high praise and hasn’t been drawn into what is by and large tittle tattle and if I am going to come off the fence and give an opinion I’d say “the usual Sevco fan Internet hatchet job” on him

    You said "Ask LeeAnn Dempster"

I'm assuming you are privvy to the conversation between her and Lennon otherwise why would you say that?

So either enlighten us all with what was said at this meeting or admit you are flinging * with nothing to back it up?

I knew it was fake till Daleer's sarcasm was hard to read

Thanks for the clarification regarding the Hibs Chief Executive, never even heard of any pish rumours before, don't understand why people expect to spout nonsense and throw the dummy when they get pulled up, it's a * Neil Lennon thread on a Celtic forum ffs.

Guys, you know the rules regarding Hun Accusations, I suggest that you follow the protocol that has been suggested many many times over the years.... report posts and leave it to staff.

That's a powerful read. I'll have to read it again as it's quite high brow for me as it covers many complex issues.

It is quite amazing how many of those points could be used to describe the nature of Andy Walker's constant negative attitude towards us, especially his outburst on the day we won the league. I don't mean to misappropriate the authors meaning but Walker immediately treated Lenny as an outsider, 'make no mistake, this is not Neil Lennon's title.' Accused the fans of being childish (we spat the dummy when Rodgers left) disrespectful (Rodgers did so much for us and this is how we treat him) unintelligent (we didn't understand how good a manager Rodgers is and we'll regret it one day. Obviously he's hoping that day comes quick.

Is Walker's attitude a result of the culture of the media rejecting any criticism as deluded paranoia, a culture where more friends are made criticising Celtic than any other club? Of course that's me being paranoid but what causes an ex Celtic player to behave like he does?

Phil Gordon's statement regarding the media culture could be used to sum up what it is about Walker that is so strange. I've slightly paraphrased it.

‘Selling more newspapers/football coverage might be one justification, but there appears to be a darker motivation.’
