Yeah I have been seeing that alot and I think he would be a great signing for when Gordon retires or leaves

I'm hoping Gordon's at the club for another 5 or 6 years. Think we should do what the big English teams do and bring in a older keeper who is past his best but won't panic about playing in big matches.

Abou Diaby, he is talented, just a bit too injury prone for my liking but if we can get him and keep him fit, he would be a good squad member.

Ryo Miyachi, a young winger who has always seemed decent to me. I don't know if he actually is or not though.

Ron Vlaar, always liked him as a defender. A experienced centre back to partner Boyata.

Brede Hangeland, greatly experienced and always a decent head in defence.

Lewis Price, seen him play a few times at Ipswich (a long time ago) seemed decent then no idea now though.

Peter Ramage, thought he was a decent at Newcastle and QPR, not really seen him much at Palace.

Antolin Alcaraz, always been a decent defender would do a job for us just now.

Ben Amos, I haven't really seen him play. Must be a reason United had kept him for so long.

Jos Hooiveld, just would like to see him given a chance here.

Wilson Palacios, liked him at Wigan and Spurs, he was decent in the past, don't really know what happened to him though.

Brad Friedel, extremely experienced goalkeeper was always a decent goalkeeper.

Chris Baird, A dependable utility player with experienece,

Gareth Mccauley, seems decent but a bit old, can play every defensive position

Youssouf Mulumbu, always a good midfielder.

I believe we need a few more experienced defensive players to partner Boyata if VVD leaves

Yeah I have always been a fan of his (Chelsea Fan) if we could keep him playing 28+ games a season I would take him and pay his wages myself.

I'd take Diaby, pay as you play.

That's exactly the same thing I was thinking but I wanted the same for Gordon and Gordon hasn't really been struggling so I hope Diaby can become fit and stay fit

    Sure we have signed worse.:87:

Enda did ok in a few senior Villa games I watched, but other than that wasn't really up to it. I think that Europa League run gave him a bit of hype and people bought in. Wouldn't be surprised if he ended up back at Shamrock Rovers to be honest.

Never heard of him but the good ones usually end up playing in the EPL again or a good championship team.

Would love Diaby here. Great midfielder when fit. If the backroom team were convinced, I'd go for him.

Him and Mulumbu would add terrific depth to our midfield.
