Don't think the Dutch second division is where we should be looking, it'* and miss with there top tier with regards to goalscorers.

    Yup.

Wonder if 4 years in a very passing focused leagues fixed that though?

Last season he had the 21st best pass accuracy in the French League 87.2%

Only midfielders with better in the French League were Motta, Matuidi, Verratti, Rabiot, Imbula, Clement, Nampalys Mendy, Martin, Kondogbia and Gonalons. (The other 10 of the top 21 were all centre-backs)

Season before it was 83% and season before that it was 84%.

He also averages around 6 tackles/interceptions a game which is a high amount, probably one of the top 5 in the French League.

Bordeaux probably missed him last season, they won 10 and only lost 6 of the 23 League games he played in and only won 3 and lost 5 of the 15 League games he missed.

1.6 points per game with N'Guemo
1 point per game without him

Joel Campbell and Ryo micahyi (Arsenal) both out of contract in the summer.

As is Jessie Lingard (Man utd)

I'm sure GMS is not signing a new contract n he's is up in the summer.

Get rid of Griffiths, Stokes, Commons for cash n send Tone n Berget back n there's 4 young, very promising n talent attacking players to play along side Gudietti!

Every second league produces some good players every season. Way i see it, we could be doing with someone a bit taller in their, pace and two footed. Sends a decent ball into the box, plays in a 4-3-3.

Sure their are better leagues, but in some ways, depending on some things, i'd rather have the best player in the second league, than an average player in a good league.

I'd totally agree Dev if the guy was like 25 years old and nobody had picked him up, but he's only just turned 20.

    Mats Møller Dæhli

19 yr. old creative midtfielder. To all of Cardiff's dismay he's not in the new managers plans. Can be sold for about 2.5 m. in January. Also part of the Norwegian Natl. team, plays with Johansen there. Would be a great signing for Celtic.

Gone through the Man United youth system.

I agree mate, always just think the Dutch leagues are dodgy when you look for goalscorers.

Elm is a top top player and only 6 months left on his contract maybe he will be influenced by all the great sweeds who played for us don't think we can afford Slimani and brown is just as good as wernbloom

James Mcclean and Paddy Mccourt or darren Gibson. Mcclean would love it here and Gibson would be a top class player for celtic

I hear ye, but this guy's not a striker. He's a right winger. At 20 years old he could be worth a punt.

If it's a striker then Cas Peters is on 10 goals in 12 for FC Emmen. Gary Hooper type player who's just 21 and his contract runs out in the Summer.

You could be talking about 500k for someone who's came through the national team development system.

Huge difference in prices between the second league in England and Holland and the training will be good so technically the standard can't be bad.

There all from the UK though :/ and I do think both McClean and Gibson would be excellent players if Gibson got a bit more time on the ball and took his time more to look around he would be a top player it's also important to make sure that a part of the squad is made up of celts to help the foreign players know what this club means to be people and keep up team spirt

    I'd love Mats Moller-Daehli here.

I have a feeling that will be a name linked with us very soon.
