He was playing in the Champions League, he is now playing in the Championship, ergo he traded the Champions League for the Championship.

    Roaster.

42 posts in is a bit early for trolling. Try harder.

I didn't believe that post. I was just commenting for the sake of it.

    You sure about that?

3 players from our 2009 U17 WC finalistst, made the 2014 World Cup Squad:

Ogenyi Onazi (Lazio), Kenneth Omeruo (Chelsea), and Ramon Azeez (Almeria).

And this stereotypes (Big & Strong) that Europeans always try to label African players with is getting kind of stale, If you did watch the U-17 World Cup that'll be the last way you'd describe how they played.

Some of our players have Already joined top European teams:

Isaac Success (Udinese), Kelechi Iheanacho (Manchester City), Musa Yahaya (Tottenham) Chidera Ezeh (FC Porto), Musa Muhammed (Beskistas)

Kelechi has already played 2 Pre-Season games for City & has Scored in both of them.

Your last title winning u17 squad in 2007 produced no one of note. Success at u17 level is pretty much meaningless tbh. Players are all going through different stages of their development. It seems clear to me from the games I've seen at the u17 level that African teams pick players based on physical prowess while European teams are generally more about ability on the ball and technique. Generally physical ability wins out at that level which is why African teams have won the most championships of any continent at that level. Once all players finish development the African teams lose their advantage and can't compete at the highest levels.

He'll be nearing the end of his contract now, surely? Absolutely wasted at City.

Lukman Haruna was the only real player that came out of that team (Maybe even Chrisantus, depending on how he'll perform this season). But this team was full of old men (don't like to speculate about this), thank * for Fifa bringing in MRI's.

My question is, did you watch "this" team play at the U17 World Cup, because if you did, that'd be a better description of Sweden's team rather than Nigeria's; a game that looked like men against boys (at least physically). I would understand if you used this to describe Ivory Coast's team, but not Nigeria's. This has to be one of the most technically-giften Nigerian team I've ever seen. If, just 3 of them make it in Football, that IMO will be a success

The only players in the team that I'd class as physically imposing were the Goalkeeper, one of the Centre halves and maybe Isaac Success.

    1 Solid No nonsense Defender
1 classy on the ball with vision midfielder
1 striker who can hold the ball up
1 striker who can score goals
A replacement for Forrest who has taking malonys mantle as the boy who's made of glass.

Sell zaluska, ambrose, toshney, boarrighter, rogic?, kayal, mcgeouch, forrest, fridgonson?, balde, atatic and stokes and griffiths need to hit the net or go too.
Always wonder if lustic could poss play Ambrose position at rch.
