Exactly what we was saying at work earlier, we’ll never know if he’d had a few nips before going for a spin.

The first ten minutes of the BBC news was devoted to this. It was like 'The Day Today'. The interview with the fella who came on the scene had me in tears of laughter and what can you say about Nicholas Witchell? A better Partridge than Coogan ever was.

Im sure the SPG officer who was sitting next to the old git was able to explain the whole incident to his country colleagues.

Just BTW, I remember an article (2008) about a new Masonic Lodge specifically set up for the Royal Protection group, and their insistence that they would decide who would be recruited to the group.

He’s a selfish old * who thinks he’s above the law. Putting other lives at risk out of stubbornness is deplorable.

Just a complete disregard for everyone else's safety. It also says a lot about the people that surround him.

Hope he’s not so lucky next time. He probably has the bullet proof and enforced side panels to thank for getting him out. He is an ignorant, racist, elitist, arrogant being who is the perfect example of the worst bits of the upper class society. Some people will play class system down and say it doesn’t exist in Britain 2019. Wipe the muck from your eyes because a British Monarchy and add ons of family with fancy names tells me it is alive and breathing. This one has had his hands turn in some of the biggest scandals in the UK in the last 50 years. Profumo affair, House of Lords and the Paedophile ring, Diana’s death and the deaths of the doctor and Robin Cook to keep it buried. Why are they so above the law and not answerable to the rest of society? Masonic * the lot of them with their wee secret covens and magic rings. Beasts.

Had to laugh at one of the comments in the BBC report... local man Glen Watson and retired barrister ( oooh !) David Warne bravely rushed across the road to help Prince Phillip...

    Women and children last apparently...

    That's Freemasons for you...

Birthdays honours list methinks for these two heroes.

To be honest about it they are the sovereignty of the UK so they are above the law. I don't think he has a driving license. I think it's in the Queens name

They should not be above the law. Take away their fancy titles and social standing they are people who eat, sleep and breathe like the rest of us. They are highly educated and know the laws of their own kingdom. * even the British gaols belong to her so they must adhere to the laws on which they model their kingdom. We pay our taxes for these people and that’s something their relatives where able to scam, just so they can live extravagantly.
