I think maybe you assumed knowledge on my part that I don't really have. Could you explain again, mate?

I thought you were saying we need to understand the natural difficulties people in general face when they're adapting to a new culture, maybe we have to give Ntcham the benefit of the doubt because you've seen it up close and personal how what seems normal to most folk is actually very intricate and takes a lot more than just a pat on the back.

I am ok either way and will trust Lennon to make the right call. If Ntcham shows up and really gets after it in pre-season and shows he actually wants to play for us then we should keep him as he is a good player. But if he shows up and it looks like more of the same from last season then sell him now if any kind of decent money is on offer.

 

There is potential, I think in a team with backs against the wall Oli would be an excellent player to have between defence and attack, he just needs lit up.

Deila won two leagues with a worse team and was a refereeing "mistake" away from a treble too. And by no means we can call Deila sucessfull.

In time I think he’ll go on to play for the French national team and become a big player at a top European club

 

We won't get what we should've done after his first season as he's downed tool's, but we'll still get a good enough fee for him in my opinion..

He's a French under 21 centre mid who has shown flashes for us and came through Man City's academy..

There's bigger and much better player's than him that have downed tool's at club's and still wanted all over..

He's been gone for so long mentally for us that I don't think he'll be missed if we even get Turnbull over the line. It'll feel like an upgrade, even though talent wise it isn't even close..

 

He will be missed far more if he stays! That sort of mentality is toxic at the club. He needs to be got rid of as soon as possible. It is every bit as important as getting the right players in.

The damage has been long done and he's only confirmed what his face has been saying most of the season..

Lenny needs to get some of his player's in who want to play for him and be here. That will go a long way to getting a more tight knit group.....which we don't seem to have just now..
