Young French lad here for a third season, the second of which with no CL and knowing the opposition we play against isn't going to do him much justice. Decent club in Germany or France come sniffing and he will be asking to leave - do not blame him.

Him, Forrest and the Israeli boy were all impressive tonight. Didn’t deserve to be on the losing side.

 

If that happens we may as well hand them the league.

 

Absolutely brilliant tonight, his team let him down big time.

 

Big Man would slot into most teams in any league in Europe and do a job, as everyone is saying on this thread can't blame him if he wants a move away now. Achieved all he can domestically in Scotland and no UCL again this season

 

I honestly think he might be wanting to leave now, he's won every domestic trophy here and had europa league football last year. We won't let him go this window but there's zero chance of keeping him in January

Think he will be off and can’t blame him , UCL is his level and this board have failed him along with us Fans. his facial expression at the Whistle spoke a thousand words imo

 

Sadly he'll be gone sooner than later.

Our record signing is becoming a bargain at 9 million. Added lots to his game over the last season. We could do with another like him as I think he too will fancy an opportunity at a higher level sadly. Very impressive and one of the few positive BR signings.

Just went straight up the tunnel he was absolutely raging from when the 3rd went in to the end of the game, don't blame him.

 

He's better off elsewhere. Bags of talent at a club with next to no ambition. Being coached by someone who is to old school in his thinking.

 

Ambition is everything. If we can demonstrate at least a semblance of it, keeping guys like KT, Edouard, CalMac, Chrisite, Forrest etc becomes much more realistic. I don’t believe it’s purely a money thing for most players.

Without it though, why would you really stay? We’ve asked the same group of players to go to the well 3 times, and on each occasion they’ve brought backs the goods, and come back slightly less able to go again. We’re now asking a severely depleted group to pick themselves up and go again, and I’m not convinced they’ll have it in them.

I know things will change if we qualify for the EL and get a nice draw, but right now the league is my only concern this season.

 

I remember watching the best player ever get knocked out of the champions league last season after his defence threw away a 3 goal lead. My exact words were "Messi deserves more than these * cave merchants".... switch Edouards name with Messi and you have exactly what I am thinking now. He deserves far more than this club is willing to give him. The boy was an absolute delight yesterday.
