    Anyone seen much of the Swiss in qualifying?

    Norn Iron have a respectable record at home but the Swiss seem strong favourites with the bookies. I haven't seen any of the north since the Euros

    They were poor in the final game away against Portugal and maybe a bit fortunate to beat Portugal at home. Reading how good they are is hard though really as aside from Portugal their qualifying group was a weak one. Having said that you can only play who is put in front of you and a 9-1 record in qualifying is pretty impressive. They probably deserve to be favourites but are maybe not as good as the 9-1 qualifying record would seem to suggest.

    As a purely footballing story take away the fans and what they are I wouldn't begrudge the players if they manage it.

    Players mind, the scum element of some of their fans can GTF.

    Ones that jump out are Lafferty, Paton (didnt even know he played for them till just now), Davis, Carroll and Hodson for being huns.

    He comes across all PC in interviews but JE was and is a horrible *
