Discuss Nir Bitton in the Celtic Chat area at TalkCeltic.net.
Oh *...he's called Ben too which seems funny for some reason.
He a good defender?
I will only truly be happy when this * gets tae * and takes Bankier with him.
You mean Wankier?
Can’t wait to see him back.
Big time player for the hoops.
Don’t worry Nir.... I’ll be greetin’ as well.
Looking forward to having him back in the team. So comfortable on the ball and will be of use to us in Europe.
Off the top of my head he was our best player against Inter at the San Siro, excellent against Man City at home, and even at centre back at home against Bayern.
Ha! I see what you done there, you replaced the B in his name, so it makes him sound like a male masturbation term.
So witty. Top bants.
Good to see him back. Would like to see more Israelis at the club.
Buzzing to get the big man back.if he can find some form aswell we are looking great im.positive he just does the social media hahahh
Best uninjured CB at the club who's no a loan.
Didnae know we had any at the club. Thought he had been sold ages ago.
Him and Tierney the only two.
Politics aside, harshly treated IMO for his football.
Won't be against having him around the squad again.
He looks like he has bulked a bit. looking forward to Rodgers getting the best out of him.
One of my favourite players, hope he can get back to his best and provide some serious competition in midfield. Could do with a player like him sitting in there for certain games. Also a great lad and a good character, would love to have a pint with him.
Friends for Bankier.
A legend in the making, as per my sig.
In all seriousness it'll be great to have him back. Composed on the ball and an extra option for midfield and centre half.
Think some have short memories in here. Bitton has his work cut out to get on our bench these days
Just to add to that. Watching Scotland vs Israel I thought to myself I miss kayal at Celtic, always liked him but then, he wouldn't get in our midfield more. And I have kayal pegged higher than bitton
Your memory is evidently quite a bit shorter still. Ralston, Hayes and Hendry have become mainstays on our bench. Our squad doesn't exactly ooze quality outwith the first 11 and Bitton, as recently as 2 or 3 years ago, was our most composed player in Europe. He has something to offer.
