It wasn't just that he didn't know where his man was but just how far away from him he was at the 3rd. About 10 * yard's the guy had on him for a free header whilst Ajer was marking Kabananga. Out wide left getting roasted as well and just had a nightmare..

He made a couple of interceptions on the deck which he could've done not playing centre half but positionally and in the box, he was woeful..

I had sweats it was that bad..

Whole defence doesn't come out of it with much glory second half but he took the biscuit..

I've been a long time Nir Bitton critic on here but after that successful qualifying campaign I'd just like to say,

Broony * it but when it comes back in he is nowhere. Our 2 nearest the ball in the 6 yard box are Broony and Ntcham with Ajer nowhere and wrong side of his man as well..

    He won't do..

The whole defence was non existent not just Bitton. Don't have a clue what he was doing in the left back position for one of the goals though.

The one positive to take from this is we know we have injuries in that area, this is not the first picks that are performing like that.

He isn't a CB it's clear that St. Brendan can't even work that miracle.

Their 3 goal. There's only one guy in the fking box and he's ball watching and left him to head it in. He's not a defender but u don't leave the only guy in the box unmarked.

I won't be too harsh on him.

Playing out of position against a very deadly side on the attack.

Anyway, what's done is done, he won't be at CB for us anymore...

Better message fucktard, I'm calm but he can't see that Bitton was absolute horse * and could easily have cost us tonight.

No matter what, you should never turn your back on a cross, not ever. Ajer didn't look too clever either, nobody did, because they went through players after the ball left, time and time again.
So come half time we're like the walking wounded.

Think if you looked up the definition of lackadaisical in a dictionary you'd find a picture of Bitton alongside it.

Not Bitton's position, so the lack of natural awareness and movement is always going to show up. He's did ok, but was shown up today.
