Discuss Nir Bitton in the Celtic Chat area at TalkCeltic.net.
don't think his heart is 100% in celtic anymore anyway.
Looked decent to begin with, but for the latter part of Ronny's reign, he was abysmal, let's not kid ourselves. Probably suited to Italy.
All the best, for when it enivitbly comes!
Won't miss him at all. Has been our weak point most of the games he's started. Just can't be arsed half the time
honestly for the right club he could be amazing... when he plays with heart and passion he looks great... I just don't think his place is in Scotland... maybe Italy or maybe a mid table German side
Time to move on, doesn't fit into the Rodgers way, shame he couldn't keep up his early Celtic career form. With the signing of eboue kouassi (hopefully) and being linked with other CM, surely he will one of the ones to go in summer.

Guy doesn't have the sharpness in his play or reactions to be a top class midfielder put that on top of his lack of desire or whatever it is and he's pish, Ali Crawford and that windass boy have ripped the * out him a few times and they're both pish
Hope we sell him this window hes just to slow and looks uninterested

First half of last season he was absolutely immense IMO.
Face doesn't fit in a Rodgers side though whereas Armstrong's clearly does because he has the correct attributes for it.
He is so slow- whereas Stu and McGregor are making dynamic, darting runs he plays backward passes all the time
I was thinking for a period in that half that I'd rather McGregor was playing
McGregor makes so many clever runs. As does Armstrong. Nir has a few qualities- but not suited to Celtic or Scotland. Maybe Italy.
Guy is pish.
Slows play down so much. Don't think he's a bad player but doesn't suit the way we play now.
Probably Italy. We had to punt Massimo there for the same reasons. It's a shame, because he looked good when he first came here.
Some amount of pish being spouted in this thread. You'd think Armstrong, Brown and McGregor run around like Usain Bolt the way some compare their pace to Bitton.
Bitton has been quietly efficient in this match, a couple of real slack passes in the 2nd half but he has won his fair share of interceptions, headers and the vast majority of his passes have found their man and no most of those weren't backwards either.
The dislike people have of him clouds their judgement, Brown and Armstrong must have given the ball away at least 3-4 times each in the first half but get plenty leeway in comparison to Bitton.
He * infuriates me, stops ball dead, takes extra touch, turns sloooowly, looks at player he's going to pass to for a while, finally passes ball.
Every * time.
If he wasn't so talented it wouldn't bother me whatsoever, he's just infuriating though. No impetus about him whatsoever.
He's * Wanyama get over it
dreadful, move on .
Even against Albion he looked out of his depth
Nowhere near out of his depth. Just not suiting the style and so * annoying.
