    O'Neill is the most similar manager to Moyes, would be the smart choice but his poor spell at Sunderland might have ruled him out. Had O'Neill remained clubless the last couple of years he'd have got the job without doubt. He plays the same kind of football as Moyes and signs similar calibre players and gets the best out them.
