After what he said tonight and now this I really do fear for this season.

I hope I’m wrong, I really do but if this carries on we will hand them the league, if Dan can rattle Lennon enough to * it up what will the zombie media and the Gerrard PR machine do this coming year.

It was 1-0 at half-time. 2-1 on aggregate.

    The second-half was 3-3.

I just can't get the thinking in Mcgregor at LB especially after seeing the game at Ipox. Hayes would have been understandable. Lennon has came out and said he played Mcgregor at LB because he wanted Ntcham in the team which makes zero sense whats next Rogic in goals ?

You are correct, my head is gone regarding the score line in the first half.

Maybe because I’m so angry. My bad. But my point still stands game wasn’t lost in the first half.

And I have admitted that bud. We never lost the game in the first half. And that’s my point.

Bolingoli wasn't played to protect him, that seems blindingly obvious. He is barely in the door and has been getting slaughtered already by the fans and media, not without reason, but if he was the one that caused us to go out there would have been no coming back fom that.

And I don't think you are getting the difference between reasons and excuses. I'm not making excuses for Lenny, I'm giving reasons as to his thought process and why he did what he did, and I said the same before this match was played.

More likely that we'd end up with Kennedy as manager, and Duff and O'Dea as his assistants.

I didn't want Lennon back as manager (I think far too many went with the "Celtic Man" hype and ignored his record since leaving us). However, I certainly take no pleasure in this and i don't think that anyone else on this site does either.

There is no place for personal abuse (I haven't seen any on this thread to date but I might be wrong) - however, IMO - he fully deserves all the professional criticism he's getting.

He's been back almost 6 months so the 'Rodgers team" excuse doesn't fly. Personally, I have always had doubts about his tactical knowledge and ability - he seems incapable of analysing a game and changing tactics/players if things are going wrong - Rodgers was a cut above in that regard.

It happened at home to Kilmarnock, away to Rangers, in the Cup Final (where we had a lot of luck) and last night.

The game has moved on since he left in 2014 and frankly he hasn't.

I do fear what Defoe and Morelos might do against that defense.

Lennon sat down with Lawwell and agreed terms, transfer budget etc so I'm not interested in blaming PL.

I would have been delighted if Lennon had proved me wrong and been happy to eat humble pie on here. Unfortunately, the opposite is the case.

I think the next 2 months are crucial - if we are behind the Huns in the league and/or crash of the Europa - DD/PL should be prepared to act.

With our squad, we should do 9IAR - if that looks at risk - then Lennon needs to be replaced. His previous history with the club is irrelevant.

Kennedy has overseen around 5 campaigns now.

O’dea is to coach the under 18s. Wont directly impact the first team.

But id bring back big Mjalby into the fold. His presence would be invaluable.

    No excuse for tonight..

And no excuse with not getting our transfer business done early enough..

We gambled with CL Qualification and lost again.

    Shambles.

Loving how some on here are putting all the blame on the players, yet if this was Rodgers mess you’d all be calling for the sack. The one positive I thought Lenny would bring compared to Rodgers was being more competetive in Europe, and here we are knocked out in the 3rd round against Romanian plumbers. This was literally our first real challenge and he’s failed. I just hope to * we can bounce back from this, imagine if we don’t even make the Europa League

He didn't want to drop brown so was forced to play mcgregor at lb if he was adamant on ntcham starting.
