    Used to do this when training only with goats milk instead of milk and added seeds. I was always hungry after it thou.

    depends which butcher you go to mate , had a long lie in today so no fry up . had instead a roll and round sausage and it filled the roll fine .

    Satay sauce from chinease,Goes well with a fry up,espicially steak sqaure,eggs,tootie scone,eggs,mushrooms,black pudding taste extra delicious caked in satay.Trust me youl nevervgo back to kethup.

    Normally a roll and sausage and egg, on my golfing days a full fry up 2 bacon, 2 square, 2 scones, 2 eggs soft yoke 1 black pudding, does me for the day
