Wouldn't spend even half of what they are suggesting in that article.

I don't know. He's always been a standout for United but I can't imagine him making the step up - not easily, at least. He's a bit if a * as well but if anyone can change him it's Ronny Deila. £1.5m? Hmm. I'm sure there're a few younger, better prospects on the continent for that money.

I get the impression that he's a poor man's Guidetti.

Fantastic talent. When he's in the mood that is. Which isn't nearly enough.

Seen him rip teams to shreds in games and seen him stroll about like he's playing 5s with his mates. Lazy *.

I'd take him for anything under £1.5m. He has potential and I think he'd sort his attitude problems if given the opportunity at a bigger club like ours. I would like to think he would anyway.

He can play that lone striker role and will offer something different than what we currently have. He's big and strong compared to Griffiths' nimble and bities at your heels.

I think he would knuckle down much like Griffiths has.

It could be a good gamble as Ronny turned the thumb into a more professional player. He has everything we are looking for but not the only option out there.

It's a lot of money for someone who's scored quite a lot of goals in Scotland - so he's a good fit for the league. Goals and assists and he links up extremely well with GMS and Armstrong. This is what you've got to factor into the equation - you just never know how a player from abroad will react to the Scottish game. I'd put money on him being a success here, even though he's * off a lot of Celtic fans this season for obvious reasons.

We could maybe do a bit better for this kind of fee and i'd wait a while longer and see if we can get some sort of turnaround for the money we paid for Scepovic.

So he's one i'd put on the back burner until January when he'll be a lot cheaper to buy and this is what i could see us doing. Next season he goes into the last year of his contract.....but if he joined up in the Summer you'd have no complaints from me at all.

I think Ciftci is a massive * and would be the kind of player who would get sent off in big European nights.

I also agree with the general consensus that we could get better for that kind of money. That said he's a pretty safe bet as he's adapted well to the league and is a fairly good lone striker.

Greedy, hardly setting the league alight goalscoring wise, always looks likely to get sent off and generally comes across as a *.
