That’s exactly what will happen players who maybe waiting until deadline day say in the bundesliga with an offer from us and interest from down south would more than likely wait and see on final day and the selling club knows this drives the fee up! Now that won’t happen and if teams need to moves players on it will not involve the English finances!!!

Having him signed up to a new deal would be like having new top class signing.

We need to get him signed up, Moussa has so much more to offer and would love him to be signed up for a further 4/5 years.

    Good point.

I did hear talk on the radio and stuff about them trying to get the rest of Europe on board with their deadline day but were basically told to shove it.

This one goes out to the Dembele haters in January. “Lazy, wants away, Griff works harder, doesn’t care about Celtic”

I like to see that passion from him. Doesn't always come across like he has it..

No denying he looked in tune with the whole day on double treble day and was apart of the celebrations..

I say keep him for the treble treble. * any fee, itll just be invested into 3 or 4 punts anyway. If he wants to be here, let him.

He really has been a class act both on and off the field. There will come a day when he will move on but hopefully it won't be for another year or 2. Or maybe we get lucky and he pulls a Larsson and decides he wants to stay for 7-8 years:)

Would be our best bit of business in years if we could somehow convince him to sign an extended contract.

If we punt him for less than £30m, I would be very disappointed.

He's going to be a superstar.

He does look disinterested at times to me. When he's not on his game he's as good as a man down. Very tricky player to always keep on his game.

I don't know it he's the same as Van Dijk with knowing he's better than Scotland and doesn't always go full tilt. I've absolutely no doubt if he was to move to a so called bigger team he would be a success and be a huge player.

I have a feeling if we sign him to a new contract it would have to be at a very very high salary. When you start paying one player very huge sums the others start wanting it and it can spiral out of control.

    Honestly think he’ll stay.

Neither him nor his agents are stupid, if he wants a big move next to a really top club he’s gonna have to perform again in the Champions League. That lovely double vs City, plus a couple more group stage finishes and he can get that transfer to a top epl club or one of the big boys in Europe. As it is, despite how much we rate him, I highly doubt he’d get anyone bigger than an Everton or Bournemouth. They simply don’t rate his domestic exploits.

Give him a new, rogic esque deal then sell for billions. Everyone’s happy.

He'd bag goals for fun in a team like Liverpool or Arsenal, they just don't need him right now.

There is no point moving to any team outside of the regular top six and I can't see either Manchester sides, Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal or Chelsea needing him.

He'd practically rot at the rest of the epl clubs as they wouldnt play to his strengths.

Like what has been said before, give a Rogic deal to him and that should tie him down for next season and then we sell next summer once he hopefully smashes it again in the CL
