He was pretty horrific today but got a goal all the same, happy enough with that.

He seems to struggle most in away games against lower opposition who just pack the defence.

Aye he really does struggle with a lack of space. It's odd that he looks less dangerous against * teams than in the Champions League

I don't think he'd have started if Griffiths was fit.

Games like that he can be anonymous for large spells. Rusty.

    Still, got his goal.

Cracking finish, good reactions to adjust like that.

Would seem ironic if the better teams have a more disciplined formation that allows Moussa to predict space. Rovers were just a pure random packed space with no particular formation. That is what made Sinclair's goal so special as it was the perfect response to a stramash in defence.

Comparing the space City left for him to Albion's mosh pit, it was quite a contrast.

I like the effort Moussa puts in and he'll come looking for the ball trying to create something if he's being marked out of the game. Wasn't his best but he still scored so that's the most important mentally.

I would like to see a fit Griffiths again though. I think he would have been more suited to Albion mainly because of experience.

Thought he was horrible all game but still managed to shut me up with a goal today. He almost missed it point blank, too!

Glad to have that kind of player.

He's quite inconsistent at the moment, he's still young and it's his first season here, so it will probably improve

Aye, good point. Still has a lot to improve on and playing games like that can only help him.

Needs to work on his movement but that will come with experience.

Complete steal. Now imagine how many he'll score next year once he's fully settled, more experienced and some new better players creating around him.

Wasn't at his best yesterday but for me, regardless of who the opposition is, if your striker is still putting the ball in the net despite not playing great then you're onto a winner.

Thought it was a cracking finish myself, good reflexes to react quickly and adjust his body.

Absolutely. A lesser player would have snapped at that and it ended up in Strathclyde Park

It was an excellent finish in a poor performance. Broony could've only played it at height, and it was certainly miss-able from a one touch finish..

Too often his touch was really poor though. Took it away from goal when he was 1 touch off getting a strike at goal. Greedy when a lay off was on and movement not really what it should've been..

First game back though. Expecting much more Wednesday..

who are those 2 auld diddys scuffing it in against Liverpool?!! :86:
Larsson meant to knee that it-class goal.
Its all new to Dembele; and I doubt hes ever played as much football in 4 months. Its a learning curve for him at a massive club and at the halfway point of the season the lads doing brilliant. We`d take a poor performance against Albion Rovers any day if he`s bang on fire against in the bigger games and the sevco mob.
