Total *. Cant stand watching his teams play. Guardiola has that similar arrogance but at least sends teams out to entertain instead Mourinho goes for 6 foot plus battering rams in Lukaku, Matic etc, total borefest! Criminal with the amount of money he has to spend as well. As others have said full of his own self importance and gradually has less and less to back it up.

Complete *. The way he carries himself makes it impossible to respect him.

The thing about Pep, Barcelona were in a bit of a transition when he took over but the main spine of the team was there and they were already a top team. He inherited a great Bayern team and Man City team.

Is he better tactically than Mourinho? Two very different styles, but yes I'd say so.

Could he have achieved what Mourinho achieved at Porto, Inter and even Chelsea? I highly doubt it.

Lukaku and Matic are excellent players, you'd not be calling it a borefest if they played for us.

They've also score 4 goals on 8 occasions this season. They can play some incredible football. Sometimes they are just outplayed, or out not to concede and that's when Mourinho's tactics seem to be less suited to the present, and more his past.

We have him to thank for brendan being here. Neutralised liverpool completely at anfield when it was liverpools league to lose.

Excellent manager. Champions leagues with porto and the one with inter is phenomenal since that was that barca team in its prime and he made them look average in that quarter final.

I love watching Matic play. Far more than just a battering ram.

He seems to have created a PR machine that has convinced people that spending hundreds of millions on a team that sits in for a 0 0 in every big game is somehow an achievement. The amount of times pundits refer to a * 0 0 game with mourinho in charge as a 'tactical masterclass' or 'a chess match' but if someone like Tony Pullis does it with a much smaller club the same pundits roll their eyes.

What Mourinho achieved early in his career was incredible but he has been living off it for a very long time. And he comes across as a *.

He's a *. Also think his magic has worn off over the years. He's still a good manager, but doesn't belong among the best anymore.

    This.

He's becoming less and less relevant when it comes to who the top managers are.

I'd have Brendan all day long, classic case of Master and Pupil. Think Brendan could go to any team and Improve it, cant say the same for Jose, recently he's been losing the dressing rooms not a good man manager imo.

Is he better though. Give pep the * jose had and no chance he would have won those cups. On top of a team thats alot better than utds he's also spent more than jose. I hate jose, but peps not better, not yet. Jose's champions leagues with teams that shouldn't have a hope in * are achievements. His footballs * though.

Think Pep is more respected by his peers and his players, Jose has spent a few quid in his time also. Though neither of them are in the same league as Mr. Stein.

Thing that annoys me about mourinho is when something goes against him in the press conferences , it's always the oppositions or somebody else's fault , can't take responsibility for his own failures.
