    One of my favourite players.

    Valdes
    Alves Pique Puyol Abidal
    Busquets
    Xavi Keita
    Messi Eto'o Iniesta
I'd consider that the best team of all time when Barca played it during the 2008/09 season where they won everything. Obviously never played every week but it was the best XI they had I think.

Djorkaeff is a great shout, overshadowed by zidane but a great player on his day

A very, very poor mans version I'd say:56:

On the topic of Borini, as I said earlier, I see where you and others are coming from with him, he is one of those players who could potentially rip it up for us in Scotland. However I'd not want to pay more than £2.5-3m and that won't happen.

Yaya toure, henry , pedro , bojan and marquez also in that squad in 08/09

Aye, some squad. I think Puyol was injured a lot as I remember Toure playing at centre-back a lot that season, think he even played the CL final at centre-back with someone else possibly Marquez or someone Abidal as Puyol and Pique were missing?

Abidal was another cracking player who never got the credit

Always thought they were at their best when it was:

    Valdes
    Alves Puyol Pique Abidal
    Toure
    Xavi Iniesta
    Messi Eto'o Henry
That team had everything, the tiki-taka with pace and power, Xavi and Iniesta when they had a telepathic partnership, Alves and Messi's burgeoning relationship, Henry settled into Spain and Eto'o at his peak.

The Barca 10/11 team would rape the 08/09 team.

Busquets is easily the most underrated player for me. Barca crumble when he's not playing.

One of the most underrated players of the last decade is Claudio Marchisio. He has been the lynch pin of a Juventus team that have won 5 titles in a row (about to be 6); won 2 Doubles (possibly about to be 3); set a points record for a Serie A season; and gone unbeaten in a Serie A season.

Whilst Del Piero, Pirlo, Pogba, Tevez etc were grabbing all the glory, he was the key element, breaking up the other team's attacks and linking the Juve play beautifully. Last season's stats illustrate his value.

    With Marchisio : Played 23, Won 20, Drawn 3, Lost 0
    Without him : Played 15, Won 9, Dran 1, Lost 5

Probably not the most underrated ever, but for me personally, as a Swede and big fan, i would say that Ibrahimovic is extremely underrated. His goals to game ratio is ridiculous and he have scored shitloads every season in all leagues and still does it at 35. For me one of the greatest of all time because of that. Im not saying that he is better then Ronaldo/Messi but i am 100% sure that they will not even do anything close to what he does when they are 35.

And with this said, most people dont even rate him :56:

Genuinely the only people I know who didn't rate him before this season was the English media, or anyone who watches football through them.

It's kind of embarrassing how out of touch they are with football outside the EPL. They were talking about Dybala the other night as if he was some unknown debutant.

What about Cavani as well, scored for fun for years, can play wide or lead the line, strong, fast. Better for me than Costa, Benzema, Higuain but doesn't get much credit. Averaging 32 goals a season over his last 7 seasons even with this one not finished and for 3 of those seasons he was mostly playing on the right.

Quite a bigger game player too, played in 1 Italian Cup final and scored in it. Played in 4 French League Cup finals and scored in 3 of them(3 doubles) and played in 2 French Cup finals and scored in both of them. Won all the finals also with a record of 7 finals played and 9 goals scored. In addition to that played in 1 Italian Supercup game and scored in it and 2 French Super Cups and scored in 1 of them.

Not for me. Good striker but misses a boat load of sitters, most of the time in big games.

Cavani is a weird one for me. He's clearly a top striker, his record is indisputable. But wheneve I watch him play he looks *

He's like Higuain, from my experience of watching them anyway. They come across as flat track bullies who are sort of "found out" at the highest level.

The two of them miss so many big chances.
