Mark Hunt bores me now. This good guy act and over reacting to absolute nobodies is getting old.

This Jones incident has nothing on the * Hunt dealt with or Jones’s past. It’s literally a nothing moment. But it gives people something to grab on to and moan. It’s boring. I’m already over it, bring on the fight.

Btw. I’ve been called out on here for being wrong for liking Ronda Rousey, Conor McGregor, now Jon Jones.

Three of the biggest names, without them this sport isn’t what it is today.

    Merry Christmas @Mystic Penguin

Yup. You obviously don’t understand the situation.

    Look into it.

Jones is popped for something which is known for being quick acting and is used as it is notoriously difficult to detect on a test. USADA, for the first time ever, decide somehow that this must have been a tiny amount left in his system from two * years ago.

Pure and utter bollocks. They've clearly pulled strings to keep the show on. Jones is a cheater and always had been. Two of his brothers have popped for the same or similar stuff in the NFL.

If they were pulling strings the story would never have came out. End of.

What's your explanation for them claiming this is from 2+ years ago? It's absolutely beyond ridiculous. "Oh we don't care about this particular failed test, it's clearly just stuff stuck in his system from 2+ years ago."

That's what they're asking us to buy. Don't get me wrong.. I'm selfish. I want to see the fight and I'm glad they pulled strings. They've clearly given him a pass though.

If this was stuff from two years ago given the half life of tbol then two years ago he should have been dead from the levels in his system.

The way USADA etc are trying to paint it is essentially that the tbol will be in his system forever.

They made a massive * up trying to spin this story.

An “adverse finding” is a fancy word for failed a drug test lol

They gave him a pass back when they backdated his punishment. Rules for some then different rules for others.

Aye. Jones biggest fan but this isn’t some leftover from previous.

He’s popped again and this is a cover up.

I’ve only read so much of what’s going on but from what I am reading there’s nothing black and white so don’t know how anyone can have such a strong opinion either way.

We’d need to know more facts but the 2 things I came away with are 1, why was the sample found so negligible and 2, why would he continue using the drug he’s previously been popped for and not something else if he were looking for a competitive advantage?

I just don’t see how Novitsky would help be part of this cover up. He’s going on Joe Rogan to explain. I know Rogan and Novitsky could both have been paid or told to keep quiet. But in my eyes they’d both rather be honest than cover it up, because if Gus takes damage off someone who’s juiced then it’s bad on everyone and they are all liable.

One thing I will say with certainty is Joe Rogan won’t toe any party line. He’s too well known and famous for his Podcasts and everything else to be a sycophant for the UFC.

Morals change, if it was a cover up, there's no way he would come out against his boss. Rogan a * in the situation, UFC in damage limitation mode.

Dont think it is a cover up tbh, cant see Jones being that stupid to do it again.

By all reports of 60pg/ml M3 metabolite is not “negligible”

Considering 18 months ago he failed a drugs test for a trace amount between 20pg/ml -80pg/ml

So this is meant to be a “trace” of a “trace” from over 500 days ago when the M3 metabolite stays in the system for 40-60 days.
