Well seeing as Lobov has only fought on one UFC PPV card, and that being the prelim card of a show McGregor headlined, I'd say you just made that up.

As for 'viewing numbers', the only show he headlined did below average when compared to other Fight Nights: https://www.mmamania.com/2017/4/26/...low-average-swanson-vs-lobov-fox-sports-1-mma

Do people want to watch a guy that’s lost as much as he’s won because it’s McGregor’s mate, yes or no?

I don't think you can talk about reasons for other people watching a UFC show unless you acknowledge you are either taking a very small sample size (as in you and your mates) or projecting your own reasons onto everyone else. However, you can say that people don't really want to watch him in the first place since his only headlining show did less than average. This means that the audience is mostly made up of people who would watch the UFC regardless of who was fighting, and not those people who are deemed 'casuals' i.e. those who watch the UFC for McGregor - the exact kind of person you claim is watching Artem Lobov.

It’s really not very difficult, mate. Do folk watch Lobov because he’s Conor’s team mate or not?

As a subtle but both valid and consequential sidenote, why did he get the Swanson fight with his * poor record?

Paul, I have answered your point comprehensively: people in general are not watching Artem Lobov, you have no proof that they do other than the fact that you assert it to be the case. Unfortunately, that is not really valid evidence.

Quite the opposite, you’ve answered neither question...

Khabib v Edson Barboza added to 219. Let’s hope that Wee * makes weight and stays fit.

It’ll be Barboza against whoever the UFC have inevitably lined up as his substitute.

    Guy is a walking liability.

Machida has to retire. Horrible seeing him getting finished like that and taking those strikes on the ground.

Brutal when a counter striker loses their speed.

I’m buzzing out my * for 217. From Joe Duffy onwards every single fight is a potential FOTN.

All fights on the main card are fascinating, even the Joanna Champ/Thug fight which Joanna should win now has the added element of the mental health jibes she’s made and the history within Rose’s family.

The co main and main are a couple of the most intriguing fights of the year. Want Cody to smash TJ but I’m completely undecided on the main event. Always supported GSP but I like Bisping’s heart.

Covington's statement on twitter is basically Conor's 'absolutely nobody' speech copy and pasted but edited to diss Brazilians.

I don't get why a lot of people are totally writing GSP off vs Bisping. I know St-Pierre has been out of the game for a few years and is a bit older but he was unbelievable, if he gets on top of Bisping then it's game over.

OSP on fight pass. Looking forward to Brown teaching Gall a lesson too, I really dislike that guy. Way too big for his boots already.

I like Gall he knows how to play the game. I think Gall will submit Brown and do a lot better than people think in the UFC.
