He shat himself today after that goal IMO.

He's been done since last season at least, needs to get so far to * it's unreal. Utter *

 

Probably more than half the goals we concede are because he canny stop anycunt with average mobility from walking past him and getting all the time they want to do what they want.

That was absolute schoolboy stuff, Kent just ran straight stopped and he was down flapping on the ground like a fish out of water.

Ntcham should have backed Lustig up though but Ntcham has the defensive awareness of Stevie Wonder.

 

I'm going to defend him here:

He had a shocker and needs his balls toed along with everyone else except Gordon, Calmac and Johnston (I except Johnston on the grounds that he's just a kid who shouldn't have been thrown in). Benkovic, Ralston and Ajer were just as bad and Boyata was much worse. I'd say Boyata, Sinclair, Forrest, Ntcham, Broony and Brendan Rodgers all had worse games that Mikael Lustig. He shouldn't be scapegoated.

Still deserves a roasting right enough.

 

Would be better playing a traffic cone at right back

 

Hopefully his last game for us, that "tackle" against kent for our goal was diabolical.

 

The perennial weak link against a high press.

 

Don't understand why he went to ground stay on your feet and Kent either runs it out of has to go back which allows Ntcham to then be picking up Jack instead of trying to stop Kent

A squad player at best. He needs replaced.

 

He’s not good at anything. He literally has no positive attributes, except experience, which he never shows.

Can’t run, mark, tackle, pass, cross, turn, jump. Positioning is woeful and just kicks the ball up the park as if we’ve got two 6ft5 targetmen.

The amount of goals he’s directly at fault for is frightening and has the mobility of a 50 year old.

I’ll say it again. The fact that this guy is in our match day squad let alone our starting eleven is an absolute travesty and a damning indictment of how bad we are managed off the park.

 

Like McGinn said, Hibs targeted him last year as the weak link. This year he’s even worse.

I’m fine with him staying as a back up, like Izzy, but he cannot be the starter long term.

That's incredibly harsh on Stevie Wonder, you have to factor in that he's lugging a piano about.

 

Been treading water for a while now but should be finished after today.
