    In my opinion if someone is proven to falsely accused someone of rape and, for example the accused would of got 5 year sentence, then the false accuser should do that * sentence if it is indeed a false allegation.

    Extremely difficult to prove and Police, it would also maybe affect real victims in coming forward if they thought they would be punished harshly if not believed..
