    Just out of Mass and it was a good one. That said, the priest started singing the Lord's Prayer...what's the craic here?

    Anyone else encountered this madness?

    Where and who is the priest...at Easter they sing the Eucharistic prayer the proclamation of faith etc
    I have never known for the Lord's Prayer to be sung at mass

    In my church: St Charles' in Paisley the Our Father is always sung during Sunday Mass. Didn't know it wasn't elsewhere.


    Edit: That said I haven't been to Mass since 1990 so maybe things have changed.

    Quite liking "Here I Am Lord" at the moment because of Brendan.
