Weird one, thought it was done deal just pending a work permit.
Might be or it didn't get passed

Can’t see why not..
Might take a bit of time for his work permit to come through. Especially with Christmas and New Year just out the way.
It'll just be paperwork and what not..
He's signed already I'm sure..
Won't be a problem either as he's in the US under 20 side's..
Does it not need to be the full national team?
I haven't even got a clue
Pretty sure for automatic qualification you need to have played 75% of your national team games in the last two years.
The appeal panel is based on talent but * knows how that works. We got Koki Mizuno easily and Dundee United or St Johnstone had Jason Scotland knocked back for his second permit after he’d proven to be a good player up here.
He then got one in England.
The immigration laws between britain n america are really strict, maybe theres a hold up.
Be * don trump & his wall, the *.
Doubt Trump will be trying to stop anyone called Perez leaving tbf Winter.
Harsh but true.
Remember the US is in shutdown, his visa and work permit will be on hold because there will be mobody working immagration just now to verify his credentials.
UK visa and work permits are nothing to do with US so won't have anything to do with the shutdown

Name sounds more likely to fight Josh Taylor than play for Celtic.
The british goverment are also not keen on american citizens living n working here.I think its terrible tht 2 countries tht are aparently best of * chums, cant come to an agreement n relax the rules for both sets of citizens benefit.English, scottish, irish built america. Its crap.

Hopefully he will fight morelos.
Isn't that stance due to taxes though, Americans living abroad still have to pay taxes in the US and country they are residing in, both high tax countries.
Tbf i dont really no the politics or economic reasons behind it,just havin a moan.Would love to live work in america one day lol.But its difficult unless your ritch or good job.Was reading u get us citizenship if u spend over 200k on a property or business.
