Anybody watch that programme on the BBC last night about him? I personally always followed the media and never bothered to think and assumed he was guilty but after watching that last night, I'm convinced he didn't murder Jodi.

Aye seen it. Just shows you how much influence the gutter press can have on public opinion.

Not saying he is innocent, but surely a retrial is in order.

saw it m8,,,looks like the cops made a few mistakes,,but still not conclusive,,but the cops should leave no doubt ,and they should tell the court everything and not leave important details out,

as its for the jury to decide on alll the facts NOT THE POLICE,,,

The boy was hounded by the media and that sort of pressure can sway jurys. I feel a retrial and a thorough going over of all the facts is in order. Too many question marks:38:

Dont know story but NOT ALL convicted murderers are guilty.
Perfect example - The Birmingham Six.

I dont think he done it,he was sentenced before he went to trial by the media and society.

i remember a lot of the screws in polmont when he was jailed,a lot of them didnt think he was guilty at the time

Going to look into it but at the time all evidence pointed to him, I'm sure.

Years ago the polygraph test carried more weight in terms of gettin a conviction if there was little or no evidence, but not now, many have passed it and been found guilty and many have failed it and been innocent.

when a guy goes up for trial, its just him and his lawyer.hes up against it.he has judge, jury, prosucetion, police all against him.the government have all the money, tools, equipment, brains, media to secure a conviction.average joe is always going to be up against it wether hes guilty or not.fair trials don't exist.

In that polygraph test at least he doesn’t look like he is putting 10 years of practice into action of meditation and breathing techniques...
