Would definitely rest Tierney and Forrest they do too much running to be constantly playing Thursday-Sunday and Lustig since he'll be playing International football.

If Ajer and Izzy are fit i'd play them instead of Gamboa and Hayes but don't know if they are.

Ideally get a couple of goals up and sub big Tam for Mulumbu.
