The reality is there is no choice but to get a right back in within the next week or so as we have no other options. I think a back 3 with Jozo, Ajer and Hendry would be destroyed so either a CB or a rb in. I do actually think they will get players in but the reality a striker and midfield are 2nd priority in the next couple of weeks.

Agreed. Hopefully we get a cb too but going in with simunovic doesn't terrify me like ralston at RB

I would rather not have a centre half if it’s McKenna.

And I’m talking about the training camp, not this season. I’ve already commented about McKenna in another thread.

He's hardly going to say "nah the lad's *, waste of a plane ticket coming out here" if somebody asked him about Compper he'd probably say something like everyone's got a clean slate now with me if he can prove he's good enough to play he will, instead of just being buckled with laughter for five minutes.

 

You know maybe someone actually sees something in him? It strikes me that they would have got rid if he was as hopeless as being made out.

Jack Hendry is * cow dung, of the highest order. Gives me that fear Lennon saying that, and he has to put up with him instead of getting someone better in.

 

I see something in him as well, no good enough for us.

He is * hopeless, it’s no his fault Rodgers signed him, but he is * and clearly not good enough which he showed countless times when he started.

 

He's got ability but the guy like ntcham has a * attitude.... His effort is minimal and when he is tasked with defensive duties he * himself watch him against bendtner against rosenborg and he * the bed then the league Cup game against Partick * the bed again and they score I'm sure everytime he played we conceded he could cone good but like a said his attitude must change.... Blaming others like when he was criticised on twitter and he bit back... He will only get better once he takes responsibility for his poor form

Yeah, I don't want our manager * on players openly that is such a Gerrard thing. I think we will get a CB in plus another on loan. Another will come in next season when compper is gone
