    * sake! Sarcasm boys, sarcasm!

It isn’t my analogy, it was a poster on here the other day saying it. I am of the opinion that his goals to chances ratio is excellent.

    I love the *.

    ?

He was playing against a * development team. Was I supposed to pretend he got a hat trick against Barca? I thought my comment was pretty balanced, and ultimately positive. I think you've been arguing with the loonies too long mate... you've lost your perspective on innocent comments

More innocent comments. Griff not a great finisher. Again with helps us pump Scottish teams but not clinical enough in Europe.
13 goals in Europe just 3 behind big Sutton. Comments of a loon ball that makes up his own stats to slate a Celtic player that posters are talking about the positive. You are entitled to your opinion though and so am I, Flip flop.:50:

That's nice... you trawled through my comments to find a single instance of a negative comment... congratulations, your life has true meaning... tell me, in the process did you see my one from the other day where I happened to say how delighted I was he was back, and how brilliant his goal was? I'm sure you did, but it didn't fit your narrative...

Anyhow, if it's a *-slinging contest you're after, I'm out... enjoy your plaudits!!! :58:

Griffiths was a player who improved his game vastly under BR and is great to have back as an option. Will he produce in the bigger matched like Dembele? That's the key question.

In both Rodgers first two seasons Leigh Griffiths was instrumental in getting up to the champions league group stages.

Goals against Astana, Hapoel be’er Sheva in 2016

No Goals against Astana in the home leg in 2017 got us there he was unplayable in the home game got one imo but they gave an OG

He done it in the big games already

He must be so glad Rodgers has left. Rodgers had a very strange attitude towards him, he was very reluctant to give him praise but would lavish it upon his favourites even if they'd had a * game. I doubt Rodgers behavior towards him did anything for his mental state. He's got a manager who appreciates him now and he knows where he stands with Lenny. I dont think he'll play every game this season but overall I expect him to have good season and make a big contribution.

I think he’s going to have a stormer of a season. His preseason exploits have proven that his right physically and he’s also got that focus back.

    Next in the ton club.

"We're delighted not only in having him back but the contribution he's making as well," Lennon told Celtic TV.

Griffiths scored once in a 6-1 win over Austrian fourth-tier side Pinkafeld and a 2-1 defeat of third-tier Wiener before finding the net four times in a 9-1 bounce-game stroll against St Gallen Under-21s.

"No matter the opposition, to score quality goals like that shows that he's a quality player and a quality finisher," Lennon said.

"It's just pure instinct with him. He knows he needs to get a little bit fitter, but he's come a long way in a short space of time."

Great to have him back, we missed him last term in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing him resting his elbow on the corner flag again.

Griffiths' record in Europe is actually very good. Discounting his first season (0 in 9), he has scored 13 in 36, which is one of our most prolific European returns. Now obviously anybody pre-2000 had much less European games to score in (the way the qualifiers work now, we're pretty much guaranteed at least 8 European games a season minimum), but even compared to others in that time, only Henrik, Sutton and Samaras outdo him. Not bad at all.

If he has the cheek to score against sevco.

Sweet baby jesus, half of Glasgow will fall pregnant in pure celebration, the other half will just explode with rage.
