Sorry, but you don't get to set the limits of the argument, that is a good tactic to never be wrong, but it doesn't work like that. He scored a chipped goal against Hamilton, and that is a fact even though you have narrowed the goalposts. Scoring a chipped goal is inconsequential anyway since they are still worth 1 goal, just like every other type of shot one can score. Finny. :smiley-laughing002:

So could Tony Watt..... but you seem to have a hard on for him, regardless of this.

Show me Watt scoring a header like Griff vs Malmo, Aberdeen or Hamilton... I expect a striker to be able to score goals with his head.

He scores headers, left foot, right foot, inside the box, shots from range, penalties, free kicks...

But we've never seen him chip the 'keeper so he's *.

:smiley-laughing002: I ain't changing any goal posts, I was aware all along of his volley chip vs Hamiton. Hence why I didn't ask to see him scoring a goal like that.

I'm talking about a chip whilst the ball is on the deck, no goal posts have been moved here.

Genuinely, 100% not trolling. Only saying I have never seen him in all his goals for us finish like that. Yet I get pelters for stating a fact as if I'm making it up and lying.

I think it is more that your fact really has no bearing on Griffiths' ability to score goals. Anyway, bring on tomorrow. :50:

I think it does tbf as a striker as I think anyone who wants to call themselves a decent striker should have that technique for finishing but fair enough if you don't that's your opinion.

Of course hope he gets another couple tomorrow desperate to get into this CL been too long.

Griffiths is a better player than Tony Watt. I don't think that's even seriously up for debate.

If he can stay fit this season he will comfortably beat that tally.

Hes class in the air, can finish off both feet , good at scoring inside and outside the box.

Is he a world class player? Maybe not but he can do damage at the top level if he has capable creative players around him.

If he scores 40+ this season, we'll struggle to hold on to him :54:

Thats just how football works these days man. Best just to enjoy him whilst hes here.

Its class having a striker who is so two footed.
