Doesnt stop him being a *. Disrespected ronny publicly. Well professional. Constantly talks * about us. He is being a bitter * with the way Rodgers got rid. Main man to out the club and shows it with his commentary. I'm not the only one to say it.

could have used him today, he's the kind of player who can just skelp a shot from outside the bix and get us a goal out of nothing. I think Rogic is the only other player capable of that and he's injured.

Will be fantastic to have the wee man back.

He can come back even stronger on the pitch as well. Just look at Tyson Fury who overcame all of his problems.

We have missed Griffiths, will be so good to see him bang them in again.

It’s a long road and it’s not a recovery illness as such. It’s about getting to the right spot to be able to think and see things from a clearer perspective. It’s about getting yourself out of bed and not wanting to lie under stress and anxiety. There is always a dip but as long as you can adopt your own way of dealing and recognise the build up. I know when I’m gonna hit a rough patch because I am buzzing and doing everything at 100mph and feeling on top of the world. I stop mostly and try to readjust my thinking and it can help. Leigh will get through this and he just needs a bit of order about his life and structure. A lot of love and support goes a long way because although you may know loads of people and family and friends, your mind can be the loneliest place in the world. Once he shifts the dark clouds he will come out flying.
Keep the chin up Griff and it does get better.:50:

Can't wait to see the wee man in the hoops again. When he feels appreciated he's a goal machine.

If he's gonna be back for the run in it can only be a good thing on 2 fronts 1. He's doing much better and 2. On the football side for us..

Someone who can add firepower and also cross a ball and hit a freekick..

Gives us options of Edouard left and Griff up top also..

Parkhead will * erupt like mad when puts one foot on the field.

We'll be even louder still, when just tears a hole in the net smashing his first goal in.

I've got CF, never knew that about Griffiths' kid. Some pretty great advances in the last 10 years.

CELTIC Football Club today announced that striker Leigh Griffiths will be returning to the club this week to commence fitness and performance work at Lennoxtown. Leigh will be working at Lennoxtown, in conjunction with the club’s medical and sports science staff, with a view to returning to training with the first team in the future.

The ultimate aim for both Leigh and the club is for Leigh to get back to training and playing with the first team, but that will take time.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon said: “We are really pleased that Leigh will be looking to get things going again at Lennoxtown and be making a phased return to training. In no way will we put any timescale on a possible return to the first-team. Instead, we will make sure we work with him on the best, most productive way forward.

“He will really be focusing on his own programme at the moment and then we will see what progress we make from there. We will not rush him in any way and we will allow him, of course, to take things slowly and at the pace he is comfortable with.

“As the club has been doing throughout the last period, we’ll continue to give Leigh every support to make sure that his health and well-being are our number one priority. We’ll work with him to ensure he has everything he needs to give him the chance to get back to where he was, but understanding totally that he will need time and space.

“It will be great to see him back, even at this very early stage, and we’ll make sure we give him our total support."

Leigh said: “I'd like to thank everyone for showing me such support across the past few months. I am so grateful to the club for everything they have given me and the way in which they have supported me so strongly.

“The Celtic supporters, too, have been a huge source of inspiration and strength for me and I want to thank them all sincerely for staying with me. I know it will be a long road back but I am ready to do all I can to get there."
